Order 283183. I recieved only one product out of ordered four. Tried to reach out for them via e-mail, but it's been six days since my first attempt and nobody reached me back. It's ridiculous. Do not buy anything from them

I actually ordered this brand's (pick me) mascara along with other products when I was overseas last year and surprisingly it still has product and I've been using it everyday. It's great for asian lashes and I personally think it lengthens well~

This brand is most known for their drop blushes which I've been wanting to try but at the time I already had many blushes in hand. I do want to say that I think their products aren't bad but I find that some item's are bit pricier than I'd expect.

So last thing I want to mention is that they aren't always on sale but they do have promos around holidays (sometimes surprise promos) so be sure to take advantage of that! They currently do have one for the blushes and probably will have another one around Valentines day~

Em Cosmetics is definitely one of those "aesthetic" makeup brands you like to own. Unfortunately, considering the rather hefty prices you pay for a simple lip gloss or their lip clouds or other compacts, the packaging is very cheap. I have tried multiple EM cosmetics products, each time hoping they'd deliver as promised, and each time being disappointed. Over half of my products' packaging broke within months or even weeks of use (rendering some of them almost impossible to use), or is completely impractical like their lip balm (try and close the lid without smudging the product everywhere, I dare you).
It's true that their shades are absolutely divine and versatile from what I've seen, and I have always loved the unique shade faded clementine, but the makeup doesn't stick one bit and transfers very easily. After trying everything from the lip products, and a few other products, I must say that EM cosmetics is not worth the price, no matter how pretty the packaging may look. You can get a lot of higher quality, long lasting lip/cheek/eye products from other brands, especially from brands like Etude House and Peripera (if you like long lasting makeup) for a fraction of the price.
Overall, while the products look aesthetic and promising, I've only found slightly more long lasting use with a fraction of the products I've tried.

Almost non existent customer service. Bought a serum blush and emailed them due to the dropper’s issue. But they didn’t reply to my emails at all for many days. Quite disappointed because I expected better. It was really pricey too for such a small bottle. And when I tried to write on review on their site, it disappears. Oh well.

In case you didn't know, EM is owned and operated by a Asian Beauty influencer Michelle Phan. She caters for the darker skin community so well and the branding, design and product is on point.

I bought the EM Felt tip illustrative pen a few weeks ago. The package arrived on time and now it's my new holy grail product! I purchased this product because I'm not very good at makeup and I want to learn how to create a cat-eye.

Anyways, this liner makes the job so much easier. It's pigmented and easy to use if you don't have a steady hand. Great for newbies.

Alright, so to make this review fair, let me share one negative opinion. My only "complaint" is the price. It's a bit high - $21! You can easily find a cheaper one in a drugstore. However, I tried to buy a lower one from Revlon and the applicator was flaccid and the formula didn't last. Therefore, I'll be returning to Em cosmetics - it's worth the price! Especially since EM cosmetics now has a new brown shade and I REALLY wanna try that one next. :)
